Take the stress out of one very real wedding puzzle.
Set the Seats was born from a simple frustration: why is it so hard to plan a wedding seating chart? Existing tools were either overpriced, overly complicated, or both. We wanted to build something that was powerful enough to handle 200+ guests with complex family dynamics, yet simple enough that anyone could use it.
Our mission is to keep the core wedding seating workflow free and accessible to every couple, regardless of budget. You can organize guests, create rules, build a seating plan, and share the result without entering a credit card.
Set the Seats is built and maintained by Circle City Coders, a small team of engineers and designers who love building useful things. Set the Seats is supported by optional donations from happy couples and unobtrusive advertising.
